SPACE AGREEMENT

At EVERYSEEKER, collective safety and care from a place of mutuality is a value that we hold very close. We request that attendees hold this value and responsibility with us. It is crucial that our spaces are as accessible as possible and prioritize community well-being and comfort. 

Due to these important goals, we have zero tolerance for violent or discriminatory behavior which includes, but is not limited to, racism, white supremacy, sexism, heterosexism and cissexism, homophobia/queerphobia and transphobia, sizeism, ableism, ageism, physical and sexual violence and harassment. 

If directors and/or Board are made aware that any of the above behaviours are occuring, the patron or person(s) perpetuating this behaviour will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to intervene and/or remove ANY patron or person(s) from the digital space who are creating or contributing to an unsafe environment.

If at any time, either in person or virtually, you are made to feel unsafe, see or have something to bring to our attention, please let EVERYSEEKER Co-Directors or Board Members know either through using their contact information provided below or in-person during the event. Any concern brought to our attention, either at or outside of an event, will be taken seriously.
