Sheenah Ko

Raised by visual artists, it is no surprise that Sheenah Ko’s sound evokes imagery as well as thoughts and emotions. Through her improvisational mastery and skill with melody, she has audiences enraptured through the beautifully crafted atmospheres she creates using layers of analog synthesizers and her voice.  An independent artist by choice, Sheenah continues her voyage of composition and production and interesting artistic collaborations with various forms of art, especially in the world of dance. The music video for her debut single, Wrap Me Up, won a 2020 UK Music Video Award and is now nominated for a Juno award.  When not composing from her home in Saguenay, Quebec, she is often found performing around the world with bands such as The Besnard Lakes. sheenahko.com
